Responsibilities- Lead, assign, train, and support team members to achieve daily goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Monitor and meet KPIs for safety, delivery, productivity, and efficiency.
- Schedule and execute test and warranty plans, minimizing backlog.
- Collaborate with ITM teams to integrate lean manufacturing practices.
- Resolve technical and logistical issues to improve operations.
- Manage timekeeping and maintain accurate employee records.
- Compile and analyze test performance data and share key insights.
- Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to support team success.
- Experience coordinating technical testing or warranty-related activities is helpful.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, integrity, and customer focus.
