Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact- Develop and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturing lines
- Use APS and ERP systems to optimize scheduling and monitor execution
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, sales, and quality teams
- Adjust schedules in response to disruptions and changing priorities
- Track performance using KPIs for adherence and resource utilization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma
- Mentor team members and share best practices in scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling
- Strong expertise in APS tools and ERP systems (SAP highly desirable)
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus
