Hitachi Energy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our production team in Alamo, Tennessee. Lead initiatives across the factory value chain using ITM Lean Management System to eliminate waste and improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
You will coach teams, facilitate Kaizen and SMED events, and partner with cross-functional groups to deploy ITM practices. Bring 5+ years of manufacturing improvement experience, Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
