Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Weekend Machine Shop Supervisor to lead a CNC machining team in Alamo, Tennessee. You will coach staff, manage production goals, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires 5+ years CNC machining experience and 2+ years of leadership, with lean manufacturing knowledge and strong communication skills. Weekend 12-hour shifts available, with Fridays through Sundays having shifts. SAP knowledge is a plus.
