Role:
Certified Nurse Aide in a long-term care community.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and meals.
- Measure and record vital signs, observe health changes, and report promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents.
- Collaborate with LVNs, nurses, and other caregivers to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
- Strong teamwork and compassionate care orientation.
