• Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all quality activities
• Lead the factory Quality Improvement Plan aligned with global strategies
• Embed customer feedback into quality initiatives and resolve escalations
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and continuous certification readiness
• Drive quality assurance, control, and risk management practices
• Lead corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methods
• Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement
• Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs to guide decision‑making

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment
• Prior leadership or people‑development experience
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives using data
