* Qualifications:

*** Active Pennsylvania certification/licensure as a School Counselor and Student Success license
* Preferred:
Experience working with elementary through high school students
* Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
* Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery
* Commitment to student success and well-being
* ** Consistency:
** School-based role with a steady caseload through the end of the school year
