- Positive, proactive attitude toward supporting students and fellow staff
- Flexibility to adapt instructional strategies to varied learning needs
- Provide specialized instruction, support, and accommodations as outlined in students IEPs
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet diverse educational goals
