To support large-scale communication and contact center platforms, the full-time remote Network Telephony Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Cisco Webex Contact Center environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, including voice, routing, IVR, and agent configurations
- Lead modernization initiatives across Cisco UC and Webex Contact Center, focusing on routing strategy design and cloud migrations
- Develop automation for deployment, provisioning, and monitoring workflows to enhance reliability and reduce manual efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in designing and supporting enterprise network, voice, or contact center platforms
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and Webex Contact Center, including CUCM, Unity, and UCCE
- Experience with call flow design, intelligent routing, and IVR configuration within Cisco/Webex environments
- Experience with automation related to deployment, recovery, and monitoring of operational processes
