You will lead, train, and work effectively with teams and multi-branch team members possessing a variety of backgrounds, competencies and experience levels.

You will ensure engineering compliance processes related to Sub-Orbital Vehicle development and execution, Surface Weapons Projects, Specialized and Emergent mission area

You will support all of W department in a system safety capacity to include Ground Safety Data Packages and review of program system safety documents as well as Sub-Orbital Vehicle safety and quality documentation.

You will participate or conduct meetings related to system safety, range safety, configuration management, and quality/mission assurance.

You will perform quality inspections in the Sub-Orbital Vehicle functional area of hardware and report any quality issues to the Chief System Engineer.

You will report reliability and consistency of performance of various types of systems tested by W department.

You will be required to interface with project engineers and test officers to participate in pedigree surveillance, system safety inspections, risk reports, and quality control process.
