Job Overview

Financial Services Representative – responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively, maximizing growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top‑tier customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank as required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application date.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.

• Self‑confidence and strong organizational skills.

• Team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to transport bank deposits and fulfill other responsibilities.

• Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force.
• Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
• Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• May include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
• Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace and typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
• Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
