Retail Banking Supervisor - Pioneer Bank

What You'll Do- Lead and support daily branch operations
- Coach, train, and develop retail banking team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help resolve customer concerns
- Support teller operations, account servicing, and branch compliance
- Encourage referrals and relationship-building opportunities
- Help create a positive, customer-focused team environment
- Strong leadership skills and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- Team player who enjoys helping others succeed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of banking, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Community banking experience preferred
- Comfortable using banking systems and technology
