PRN Physical Therapist Assistant – Alamogordo, NM

Continuum Rehab Group is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in‑house therapy services at our skilled nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Arizona, and Missouri.

Base pay: $40.00–$45.00 per hour (actual pay will vary based on skills and experience).

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

No experience level required.
