** Responsibilities:** - Deliver top-notch nursing care using the nursing process:
- Assessment - Diagnosis - Planning - Intervention - Evaluation - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Skills:
** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- *
* Experience:
** - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- ** Licenses, Registrations, or
Certifications:
** - Current BLS certification required (AHA only).
- Current ACLS certification required (AHA only).
- RN License in state of NM or compact.
** Position Requirements:** - New hires will be precepted by a trained staff member.
- Participants in residency program or orientation.
- Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
