- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Strong understanding of physical medicine, anatomy, and physiology
- Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and therapeutic interventions
- Experience operating and maintaining PT equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to perform related clinical responsibilities as assigned
- Current or eligible licensure as a Physical Therapist by the New Mexico Board of Physical Therapy
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
