Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to small animal patients
- Oversee clinical standards and ensure quality patient outcomes
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians and clinical team members
- Develop and maintain medical protocols and standard operating procedures
- Partner with hospital leadership to align medical and operational goals
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Strong clinical and surgical proficiency
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
