As a Systems Developer, Inter you will be part of the team responsible for the management and development of Slate CRM for Undergraduate Admissions. Responsibilities of the position include daily and cyclical administration of Slate, customizing Slate to meet the needs of stakeholders in Undergraduate Admissions and across the NMSU system, supporting functional users, and ensuring data integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional admissions teams, bring new ideas to life, and assist in driving system efficiencies and improvements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform daily activities related to the administration of the Slate instance. Includes:
- Creation of data imports and exports processes.
- Managing Slate-hosted admission applications.
- Maintaining and updating workflows, queries and rules.
- Managing email campaigns and other communication projects.
- Troubleshooting issues across the platform.
- Collaborate with members of admissions teams to identify and implement regular and annual improvements to admission processes and support their technology-related needs.
- Research and learn Slate features and practices that may improve admissions workflow and efficiency. Attend conferences and other appropriate professional development opportunities to aid in performing required position responsibilities.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required
Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
