Business Support; FIS Systematics

Top Must Have Skill Sets:

FIS Systematics experience required - 4 to 10 years of experience.

Target: service companies or Fidelity.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst on FIS (Fidelity Information Services)/Systematics applications.
• Experience with 2 or more of the following FIS/Systematics applications: RM, IM, ST, FM.
• Optional experience with HX, TX, IT, GN, SC, MA applications.
• Deep, hands-on technical experience with Systematics, aligned with functional application knowledge.
• Proven skills in business & system requirement writing.
• Testing experience, including functional manual testing and reviewing technical/unit testing.
• Familiarity with application balancing and GL reconciliation.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience creating user process documentation.
• Technical skills preferred: TSO/ISPF, CAVIEW, PDS & Application Datasets, SDSF options, COBOL basics, Endevor, File-aid.
• Understanding of basic file reading, mapping copybooks, record selection based on positional criteria.
• Software skills:
  Excel, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Monarch.
• Knowledge of Systematics functions and logic, including writing/executing Easytrieve programs.
• Experience creating and working with mainframe macros for screen scraping and data entry.
• Strong communication skills: leading meetings, communicating with technical and business audiences, converting data into reports.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, including remote and cross-functional teams.
