The Opportunity:

Personal Injury Law Advocate

Compensation: $110,000 - $180,000 (DOE) + Comprehensive Benefits

As a vital part of our team, you will advocate for individuals facing life-altering injuries. From the initial investigation to the final settlement, you will oversee a diverse caseload that includes auto accidents, trucking litigation, and premises liability.

• Strategy & Litigation: Lead the investigation of accident scenes and analyze medical evidence to construct a compelling case.
• Negotiation: Utilize your expertise to achieve maximum compensation when dealing with sophisticated opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.
• Drafting: Create high-quality complaints, motions, and settlement agreements that withstand rigorous examination.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as a steady support for clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 3+ years of dedicated Personal Injury legal experience.
• Credentials:
  Juris Doctor from an accredited institution and an active bar license in New Mexico.
• Technical Knowledge:
  In-depth understanding of insurance coverage nuances and current legal trends.
• Track Record:
  Proven history of successful case outcomes and high-value settlements.
