1+ year in Telemetry/Med Surg preferred

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry and Med Surg patients
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness
- Assess patient conditions, document care, and update medical records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatments
- Make appropriate clinical decisions independently and delegate appropriately
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, standards, and safety protocols
What You Need
Required:- RN License in New Mexico or a valid compact license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemetry or acute Med Surg units
- Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience working in diverse clinical environments
