Within the perioperative services department, the Nurse Manager Operating Room will oversee daily operations across the surgical suite while promoting safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, quality improvement, infection prevention, budget stewardship, supply management, employee engagement, and surgical workflow optimization.
