Wonderland Gift Shop LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

• Assist customers in finding products that best suit their needs and preferences.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including light cleaning duties.
• Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Assist in social media posting to promote products and engage with customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment and adherence to operational standards.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
