This isn’t just a sales job. This is brand building from the ground up. You’re not just pushing bottles — you’re forging relationships, telling stories, and creating real momentum in the market. We need a boots-on-the-ground Market Manager in Santa Fe who can sell with soul and lead with hustle.

• Turning new accounts into brand believers — one tasting, one meeting, one perfect pitch at a time
• Making distributor partners your allies — guide, motivate, and win alongside them
• Bringing the brand to life through pop-ups, events, happy hours, and creative activations
• Providing front-line market intel, from what’s trending on menus to what buyers actually want
• Tracking placements, sales data, and market movement like a hawk (with a good spreadsheet game).

• 3–5 years of experience in spirits/wine/beer sales or brand ambassadorship
• Knows how to open doors and close deals — people trust you
• Not afraid to cold call, hit the pavement, or step behind the bar to pour a sample
• Creative problem-solver, natural networker, and confident communicator
• Can thrive solo on the road, and show up as a team player back at HQ
