Customer Service Rep

You’ll assist clients over the phone, complete accurate data entry, and help improve our daily processes. If you can handle that, consider applying today!

You'll work in our office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
, with at least one closing shift (10:00 am to 7:00 pm) per week.

• Performing general secretarial and receptionist functions for members of the behavioral health program
• Warmly greeting callers and in-person visitors, documenting client demographic data, scheduling appointments, and distributing the appropriate paperwork
• Maintaining new and current client records and performing accurate data entry
• Verifying Medicaid and calling insurance companies to verify coverage
• Obtaining proof of income from clients, determining the sliding fee co-pay, and processing payments
• Maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and completing general administrative work
• Covering shifts at our other offices as needed
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned, including checking out vehicles, updating staff mailboxes, creating no-show letters, scanning medical documents, and helping with special projects
• Showing up every day, meeting your goals, and helping out wherever you can to improve daily productivity and efficiency!

• 1+ years of customer service or secretarial experience
• Ability to treat coworkers and customers respectfully, pleasantly, and professionally
• Ability to independently recognize and respond to others' needs
• Ability to use general office equipment, including computers, copiers, phone systems, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to complete general errands, light physical work, and travel out of the office as needed
