When you join us, you'll earn $21.00 - $28.35/hour

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Ability to travel throughout the San Luis Valley
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfort working with infants, toddlers, and parents
• Experience in an early childhood role

As our Family Support Consultant, you'll help provide families with young children the resources they need to grow and thrive! You'll spend your days bonding with infants, toddlers, young children, and their families, connecting them with the right support services for their unique needs. Always upbeat and enthusiastic, you will:

• Meet with families throughout the valley and create strong, positive connections
• Provide young children and their families with invaluable support to help them develop and improve their social-emotional skills, parenting abilities, school readiness, psychoeducation, and more
• Connect families with age-appropriate services to support growth and development
• Collaborate with other agencies to help remove barriers for clients and ensure they receive the comprehensive support they need!
