One of the North's largest and most established Regional Contractors is seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a large affordable homes and retirement living scheme in the Bridlington area.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Quantity Surveyor working within a friendly and skilled commercial team, you will be responsible for managing valuations, sub‑contract procurement, cost control & reporting, and change control/contract administration.
Qualifications- Minimum of a relevant HND or equivalent in quantity surveying
- Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor within a Main Contractor (Build) environment
- Experience of affordable homes and/or extra care schemes
