* Position Summary:

** The Adams State University School of Business invites applications for one full-time, nine-month, visiting faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in General Business. This position requires relocation to the Alamosa Colorado area with the successful candidate beginning in the academic year . The person appointed to this position will teach courses in marketing to support the business curriculum.

Responsibilities include advising students, engaging in departmental and university service, and maintaining scholarly currency in the discipline. The anticipated course load is a minimum of 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester (24 credit hours per year).

*** Master’s degree in Business Administration
* A strong focus on teaching

** Salary and Benefits
** The pay range for this position is $72,626-$90,783 (one year visiting appointment) commensurate with experience and education.
