About the Position
Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist for a Full-Time role at San Luis Valley Health Regional Medical Center in Alamosa, CO .
SALARY RANGE: $37.96 – $52.97 Hourly
JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a Physical Therapist looking to join a fun, close-knit, passionate team of healthcare providers? This role involves assisting patients with their therapy and rehab needs, observing and evaluating treatment effects, and recommending treatment changes to physicians and/or other staff as needed. The Physical Therapist performs assessments and provides care to individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders.
Appropriate therapeutic procedures are selected and implemented to maintain, improve, and restore patient function.
Note:
Candidates must be willing to relocate to a rural area. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Colorado Physical Therapist License
Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Observe and evaluate treatment effect and recommend changes to physician/staff
Perform appropriate assessments on patients
Provide care to individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders
Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore functions
