We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality nursing care to patients and supporting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all laws and standards.
As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team
, the LPN will monitor and report patient condition changes
, assign duties, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs

Graduation from an accredited LPN program, active state licensure
, and CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation).
Preferred experience includes at least one year in skilled nursing.
