We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities Include- Delivering quality nursing care to patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program and active licensure in the relevant state.
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification, to be maintained current.
- Ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to promote patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
