We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide quality patient care
.
As an integral part of the team, the LPN will monitor and report patient condition changes
, assign duties, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs
. The role involves delivering holistic care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards.
- graduation from an accredited LPN program
- current licensure in the applicable state
- CPR certification
- preferably at least one year of skilled nursing experience
- ability to make independent decisions
- deliver competent nursing care
- exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude
