Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:Provide quality nursing care to patients, monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assign duties, instruct, and supervise CNAs, and promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Preferred: 1 year skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (must remain current)
- Ability to make independent decisions and deliver competent care
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care, supervise and instruct CNAs, and uphold standards of quality care and safety.
Note:This role requires adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
