• Lead and optimise sales operations across data center and mission‑critical projects
• Support business development teams in managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
• Oversee CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and performance tracking
• Coordinate commercial processes from early engagement through to contract execution
• Work closely with leadership on sales strategy, pricing, and go‑to‑market initiatives
• Align sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution

• Proven experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or similar senior role
• Background within data centers, mission‑critical infrastructure, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
