This role prepares financial statements, analyzes and reconciles accounts, analyzes variances, and manages internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting to attain company goals. Key components include analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast‑paced work culture.

• Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, including journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP, and financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc projects as necessary.
• Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors.
• Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls; provide support on special requests when required.
• Supply balance‑sheet account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks).
• Commit to continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process.
• Participate in various department‑wide initiatives.
• Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting.

• BA/BS in Accounting; CPA credentials are preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of overall general accounting experience.
• Current and relevant ERP system experience.
• Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers.
• Self‑starter with strong ethical standards.
• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
