Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a family‑owned manufacturing firm in Bala Cynwyd, PA to find a seasoned Senior Staff Accountant. This full‑time position requires on‑site attendance five days a week.

• Oversee transactions for accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct payroll operations, ensuring precision and adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
• File and manage sales & use tax submissions.
• Analyze and maintain cost accounting records, focusing on COGS.
• Assess manufacturing expenses to guarantee accurate costing and inventory assessments.
• Liaise with external auditors by providing required documents and clarifications.

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related areas.
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Must have experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in cost accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle AP, AR, payroll, and sales & use tax.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000.
