We are seeking a strategic financial leader with deep experience in construction or restoration accounting to lead our accounting operations and help shape the financial future of our company.

• Oversee all accounting functions: A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, and job costing
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial performance and project profitability; drive cost control strategies
• Own and optimize the job costing process and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting
• Collaborate with operations to align financials with project execution
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor a small, high-performing accounting team
• Implement process improvements and optimize financial systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a senior or Controller-level role
• Background in construction, restoration, or project-based accounting
• Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and GAAP
• Experience with accounting and restoration industry tools (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, Xactimate, DASH)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with a leadership mindset
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across departments

Reports to:

CFO.

Compensation:
Base salary of $100,000 – $120,000, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
