Overview
Under the direction of the Accounting Specialist II, the Accounting Specialist I is responsible for providing varied financial, business and accounting administrative support to City staff and the public. Cross-trained areas include sales tax, utility billing, accounts payable and/or payroll.

- Cross-train in areas such as sales tax, utility billing, accounts payable and payroll to assist as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years accounting or finance administrative support
