Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year.

- Supervise tax professionals, guiding preparation and review of complex returns.
- Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
- Stay updated on tax laws, serving as a client contact for tax-related matters.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally for integrated financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Active CPA.
- 5+ years of tax accounting experience, including expertise in 990 and 5500 returns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with proficiency in tax software.
