Temporary Accounting Support

Our clientis seeking a Part-Time Accounting Support to join their team on a temporary basis. Within this role, you will be part of the Finance / Accounting department supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part-Time Temporary Accounting Support

Location: Glen Rock, PA

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift:20-24 hr/wk between 8am-4pm

• Assist with processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support reconciliation of general ledger work papers and vendor statements
• Help prepare and support compliance tasks such as sales tax, W-9 collection, and 1099 filings
• Learn and assist with the transition between ERP systems, including Odoo
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to process changes
