Job Description
General Contractor/Green Roof Company is currently seeking a construction accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining all accounting information in company accounting system
- Accounts payable processing and payments
- Accounts receivable invoicing and payment processing (Must have experience with AIA application invoicing)
- Job cost analysis and reporting
- Job cost estimation
- Subcontractor tracking and reporting
- All bank reconciliations
- Maintaining all job vendor and customer files
- Company taxes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Quick Books and construction industry
- Organized and detail oriented
- Positive team player attitude
- Ability to meet deadlines as requested
- Prior experience understanding, creating and processing AIA payment applications
