Position Description
- Answer phone, greet and assist customers, take AMPY payments and fill AMPY cards.
- Assist with records management by filing and archiving.
- Record payments in receipt book, prepare deposits, and be proficient in Quick Books or willing to learn Quick Books to assist with accounting tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of the English language to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Minimum education:
High School Diploma or GED.
