Responsibilities
Greet visitors, answer phones, handle mail, and perform general administrative support tasks. Manage filing and basic data entry using MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database applications. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and computers. Provide general support to the Business Office team while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications- Enrolled in college with a minimum of 6 credit hours and a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the university community.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, basic database applications, and internet research.
- Typing, filing, and other general office procedures proficiency.
- Experience operating standard office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and computers.
- Commitment to confidentiality and security protocols.
Location:
UAF Kuskokwim campus in Bethel, Alaska. Part‑time student position at $19.37 per hour. Tuition, fees, and material cost for two credits per academic year are covered. Application review is pooled and conducted as needed.
