Job DescriptionThis is a non-career appointment limited to 129 hours per month. The Student Assistant will support the Gas Safety & Operations Division by reviewing and updating the Pipeline Safety Database, auditing ongoing cases for completeness, accuracy, and status, and organizing and digitizing multiple MPSC libraries to aid staff and public access.
Responsibilities- Audit ongoing pipeline safety cases for completeness, accuracy, and status.
- Update and maintain the Pipeline Safety Database.
- Organize and digitize MPSC library materials for staff and public access.
- Current enrollment in high school, vocational or technical school, or post‑secondary educational institution.
- No specific type or amount of prior experience is required.
- Proof of enrollment may include unofficial transcripts or a current semester schedule showing a balance of $0.00.
- Must be currently and continuously enrolled and obtaining at least six credits per semester/term.
