Job Description Purpose of Role
Responsible for collaborating with process owners in the Asset Management group to maintain software solutions that best meet business needs, including software integration, customization, and support.
Expectations- Compiles and cleans software data for analyses of potential software solutions.
- Designs, develops, modifies, integrates, tests, deploys, and supports enterprise-level Appian BPM workflow applications.
- Adheres to architectural & development standards for the project aligned with Appian and client’s best practices.
- Interacts with internal customers frequently and acts as a main point of contact for customer.
- Integrates existing reporting data into solutions as needed.
- Resolves complex problems or transactions, utilizes expertise to interpret identified errors, and responds quickly utilizing policies, guidelines or processes.
- Assembles and delivers reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Appian-specific coursework or certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree; in Business, Finance, or IT-related field, or at least 5 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry.
- Experience in designing/maintaining BPM applications.
- Experience with relational databases management systems and Structural Query Language (SQL).
- Experience using reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, etc.
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office;
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
- Experience utilizing strategic thinking when making decisions.
- Strong willingness and capacity to learn company processes
- Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
The base salary range for this position is ($80,000 - $100,000), inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
