Job Description

The Shareholder Relations Manager reports to and directly supports the Sr. Director of Shareholder Relations in the coordination, communication, and delivery of shareholder-focused programs, outreach initiatives, and operational support services. This role serves as a key liaison between Shareholder Relations, Corporate Communications, regional stakeholders, and community partners to ensure consistent messaging, effective outreach coordination, and successful implementation of shareholder engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shareholder outreach activities, regional engagement efforts, and community meetings.
  • Assist in developing and distributing regional shareholder communications, outreach materials, and informational messaging.
  • Support initiatives focused on increasing shareholder engagement, awareness, participation, and employment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with shareholders, village leadership, community organizations, and business partners.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of shareholder events, presentations, and outreach campaigns throughout the region.
  • Work closely with the Communications Department to support and execute communication strategies and messaging initiatives.
  • Help ensure messaging and communications reach intended audiences across regional communities.
  • Provide input and support to the Communications team for presentations, reports, newsletters, outreach materials, and informational content.
  • Develop and support shareholder relations with presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate communication efforts related to shareholder opportunities, events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Support communication tracking, timelines, and follow-up activities for outreach campaigns and projects.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and coordination for Shareholder Relations activities and initiatives.
  • Assist with tracking departmental projects, outreach efforts, shareholder engagement activities, and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics related to regional outreach and departmental initiatives.
  • Support continuity of operations and assist with departmental needs in the absence of leadership.
  • Help maintain organized records, files, reports, and departmental documentation.
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects assigned by Shareholder Relations leadership, Communications, or executive leadership.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, communication efforts, and implementation activities.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support outreach initiatives and shareholder engagement efforts.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication flow, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Support coordination of meetings, visits, and outreach activities within regional communities.
  • Serve as a resource to regional stakeholders and assist with addressing shareholder questions or concerns as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations to support shareholder-focused initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Assist with maintaining strong partnerships and positive relationships throughout the region.
  • Provide support to Communications Team for in-region Informals and travel to villages as part of specific communication initiatives.
  • Take photos and capture specific events or activities in-region for communication content and promotions.
  • Travel as needed to attend annual, regional, and informal shareholder meetings and events to support, coordinate, facilitate, and participate in outreach and engagement activities on behalf of the department.
  • Perform other related duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned and qualified to perform in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coordination, and operational support to team members and assist with project leadership and departmental initiatives.
