Key Responsibilities- Oversee licensee partners to ensure brand excellence and business success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all authorized partner support on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Coordinate with key partners across CP, brand organizations, content, land, and marketing.
- Identify new opportunities for brand collaboration within authorized relationships.
- Collaborate with brand and sponsorship teams to identify and shepherd new partnership opportunities.
- Work with leadership to identify creative partners that help expand reach and impact.
- Plan deals deliverables and introductions to share with potential partners.
- Prepare project and portfolio summaries for internal meetings and partners.
- Ensure that corporate reports are received from all licensees and proposed installments.
- Focus on unique and creative initiatives that drive social impact and conversation.
- Travel globally to source new partnerships, attend conferences, and perform quality checks on ongoing projects.
- Coordinate our overall business strategy into B2B processes with all partners.
- Organize regular meetings with key partners to review progress and gather feedback.
- Illustrated, 5+ years of experience in the media industry or related field.
- Knowledge of licensee relationships, both long‑term and new investments.
- Excellent relational skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong task‑management skills.
- Capacity to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to problems.
- Excellent organizational skills leveraging advanced tools and Google Suite.
- Ability to face challenges while consistently acting in Netflix’s best interests.
