- Entry Level:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Skill/Target Levels: Require additional experience in a group childcare setting (6–12 months) and/or relevant college credits in Early Childhood/Elementary Education or a related behavioral science.
