Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a superintendent role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, and general commercial projects
• Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
• Experience managing project budgets up to $20M as well as project schedules
• Experience with a construction management software ideally Procore
• Professional communication and attitude
