Aramark - - - Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and process reservations for campgrounds, buses, park passes and other offerings into the park via Springer-Miller (SMS) reservation system.;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the reservation system.;
Assist visitors with modifying or canceling existing reservations while adhering to park policies.;
Provide detailed information about park amenities, transportation schedules, and regulations.;
Generate reports on reservations, occupancy rates, and visitor feedback.
