Pay Range: $22.33 - $32.38

• Provide world‑class member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members.
• Follow cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and member assets.
• Deliver face‑to‑face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Provide consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refer Members to the appropriate team member to assess needs, address concerns and gain agreement.
• Process member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
• Contribute to departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency.
• Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including BSA regulations corresponding to job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment‑related actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• High‑School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of prior related experience required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

• 100% on‑site, 0% remote; serving members in‑person at branches.
• Hybrid options:
  Three days a week in office and up to two days remote.
• Up to 100% remote for select individual‑contributor roles.
